Replacement for Donaldson P525192 Air/Oil Separator, High Efficiency Borosilicate Glassfiber MediaReplacement for Donaldson P525192 Air/Oil Separator, High Efficiency Borosilicate Glassfiber Media P52-5192
Air/Oil Separators for rotary screw andvane type air compressors provide the ultimate filtration, with amicron rating of 0.3. All particles passing through the air andlube oil filters, which are larger than 0.3 microns, will betrapped by the separator. Separators are constructed of a depthloading media, and have good dirt holding capabilities.
The basic purpose of this product is toseparate the oil from the air through coalescing action. The oil isphysically trapped by the separator while allowing air to passthrough. The oil is then drained down to the sump, removed by thepickup tube and return lines, and returned to the sump to berecompressed in a continuous cycle.
A separator's life will varyconsiderably from thousands of hours down to very short cyclesdepending on usage and environmental conditions. (i.e. dust, humidity, smoke, pollution, etc...)
Specifically designed to fit youroriginal equipment, our air/oil separators offer equal to or betterthan performance based on each manufacturer's stringentspecifications. Since our suppliers specialize in filtration, theyare able to take OEM requirements and combine that knowledge withtheir filtration experience to build a superior separator.
Our Air/Oil Separator Replacements comewith a manufacturer's warranty that matches or exceeds the originalOEM warranty.
An eIndustrialSolutions air/oil separatorholds its shape under pressure and will maintain the maximumsurface area for improved performance. Its rigid constructionhelps maintain even pressure differentials keeping the air/oilseparator from collapsing and shutting down your compressor.
Because of how it's constructed, youwon't find one of our air/oil separators failing prematurely. Builtwith such features as steel metalwork, nylon end-caps and metal tometal welding, with our air/oil separators your compressor canperform better and last longer.
