Using the standard male pipe thread version, Allied Witan Company’s Breather-Vent-Filter can be inserted with little protrusion as a flat, integral part of equipment. This model is a suitable alternative to spaces that are too small to accommodate the standard Porous Metal Filter-Muffler.

With its very low profile, the Metal Breather-Vent-Filter is a compact unit most often used as a breather vent filter for cylinders, gear boxes, crankcases, storage cases, storage tanks, and other vessels – wherever pressure equalization is required up to 125 PSI.

In addition to the standard model, an innovative modification is available using a highly porous screen media to allow for unrestricted flow while limiting infiltration of unwanted objects.
