Allied Witan Company’s Porous Metal Adjust-A-Flow Muffler is used to effectively eliminate noise and control the flow of pressurized air. This design includes an adjustable tapered metering valve that provides needle-point control of air flow on pressure applications as well as for vacuum relief on vacuum systems. Using an external adjustment screw, air flow is precisely metered between fully closed and fully open. A locknut allows the desired setting to be locked in to prevent accidental changes. Constructed with a sintered bronze sleeve housed in a plated steel jacket, the Adjust-A-Flow Muffler offers superior noise reduction and maximum durability.
